ГЕНДЕРНИЙ ВИМІР УКРАЇНСЬКОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ

Abstract
Розкрито сутнісні характеристики гендерного підходу до політичної діяльності. Проаналізовано основні гендерні стереотипи, що притаманні українському суспільству. Визначено фактори та умови формування іміджу жінки-політичного лідера. Проаналізовано проблеми формування нового типу жінки-лідера у політичній сфері сучасного українського суспільства. Сформульовано низку рекомендацій щодо зменшення рівня гендерної нерівності в політичному просторі України.
