GENERAL LAW ON WAVY CHARACTER OF THE RATIO OF MARKET AND STATE METHODS OF REGULATION OF ECONOMY

Abstract
В наших предыдущих работах [3, 4, 5] достаточно подробно был рассмотрен вопрос о волнообразном характере переходных социально-экономических процессов, в частности, рассмотрен закон о волнообразности соотношения между рыночными и государственными методами хозяйствования в переходной среде. Однако оказывается, что закон о волнообразном характере соотношения между рыночными и государственными регуляторами действует не только в переходной, но и в относительно устойчивой социально-экономической среде. Поэтому можно сформулировать общий закон о волнообразном характере соотношения между государственными и рыночными социально-экономическими регуляторами, который действует уже несколько тысячелетий – с рабовладельческой эпохи. Рассмотрим этот вопрос подробнее.
