General principles of formation of the constitutional human right to life in Ukraine and the Republic of Azerbaijan

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the General for Ukraine and the Republic of Azerbaijan bases of formation of the constitutional rights to life: the constitutional status of these States as equal and sovereign entities which formed in the past a Federal state – the USSR; international treaties as sources of law of these treaties and related international legal obligations for Ukraine, and Azerbaijan, the proclamation of Ukraine’s independence and the restoration of independence of the Republic of Azerbaijan; normative consolidation of the human right to life in the constitutions of these independent states. the human right to life, sovereignty, independence, international treaties, the Constitution, the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
