Abstract
The theoretical aspect of the forensic versions verification process was analyzed in this article, particularly the author determined the meaning of the forensic versions verification process, the objects, the tasks, the principles, the functions and tasks that must be followed during the providing the forensic versions verification process in time of the pretrial and trial investigation of criminal offence.
