Genesis of criminal liability for crimes that affect children’s lives and health

Abstract
The article investigates the history of formation and types of punishments for crimes against life and health committed against children. A comparative analysis of criminal responsibility for crimes that infringe upon the life and health of children in the domestic legislation is carried out.
