Genesis of labor rights judicial protection in the Ukrainian territory during the period from the ninth century to the late nineteenth century

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the coverage and disclosure of development aspects of human rights protection institution in the labor field. The analysis and generalization of the labor rights protection legal status in the period from the ninth century to the late nineteenth century were conducted. Importance and progressive nature of legal rules existing at that moment and their positive influence on formation of modern institution of the labor rights judicial protection are defined.
