Among maternal complications pregnancy induced hypertension, hydramnios were more common in gestational diabetes mellitus group than non GDM group .68.9% of women underwent cesarean section only 24.1% were had normal delivery. While in fetal complication like preterm delivery, intrauterine death, APGAR score at 1&5 min, were more in GDM patients but the difference was statistically insignificant among two groups.
