Giving an undue benefit: analysis of sociodemographic characteristics identity of the felon

Abstract
In this article we take up the problem of determining the structure of the personality, which provides improper advantage. Analyzed individual socio-demographic characteristics of the person and established their general trends in the development and existence. The conclusion is that this group of symptoms appears as one of the key in the criminological characteristics of the person, which gives improper advantage.
