GLOBAL CAPITAL AS A CAUSE OF CONTRADICTIONS OF THE WORLD ECONOMY

Abstract
The object of the research is the contradictions of the world economy globalization. The aim is to determine the role of the global capital at the present stage of evolution of the global economic system. The objective is to analyze the contradictions caused by the tendency of global capital to hegemony. The methodological basis of the research is international political economy as a new direction of modern political economy. Application of the analysis results is to broaden the sphere of basic economics knowledge of globalized economy contradictions. The main findings and conclusions are as follows: 1. It is grounded that the capital in the world economic space works not only as a capital-function (traditionally focused on reproduction processes in the real economy and the production of new goods) and capital-ownership (the importance of which increases because of prevalence of managed globalization over natural) but also as quasi capital-function – a derivative of institutionalization of authority at the supranational level, the product of which is the increment of power. This power is increasingly provided by the rent relations mechanism of receiving profit. 2. The existence at the present stage of the world economy evolution preconditions of the multiplier effect in solving the contradictions associated with the transformation of the socio-economic system is proved. Firstly, the effect occurs at the level of contrary (on the one hand there is a concentration of power, and on the other – there are a large number of national economies and the complex relations between them) and then extends at the level of common (because the world economy as a system formed unity gets the new post-industrial quality).
