GOOD ROAD SURFACES – THE COMPONENTS OF ORGANIC FARMING

Abstract
In the scientific article reveals the state of implementation of organic farming. Implemented distinction entities: legal persons, natural persons-entrepreneurs as well as the marked individuals. The latter have also the possibility to carry out the cultivation of certain types of products or fruits, berries, vegetables, fruits and the like. Such cultivation can be carried out from the standpoint of organic production or environmentally friendly production. On the way of the production of one of the components of the obtained production results are transport issues. Rapid deterioration and a number of transport requirements for organic or eco-friendly products pave the way for raising the issue of proper pavement. After all, their condition today not only provides opportunities to talk about ensuring the rights of citizens on the road surface, but also legal entities. Turning to the current state of the web of roads is nothing to do but to state a fact about his inconsistency and in some areas – particularly rural – its absence. This work reveals the characteristics of regulatory provisions in force within the traffic. But this is not an exhaustive legal act. Further studies still need to be carried out, and they should be based on the volume direction, suitable for practical life. The work carried out by the selection of the rule of law, which contains significant disagreement between himself and the difficulty in practical application. Inadequate legal regulations – the key to the question of realization in everyday life. Since the production of agricultural products, raw materials, berries, fruits and vegetables in the vast majority carried out in rural areas, the categories concerned are residents of the villages and towns, as well as lands of motor transport and road surface in accordance with the Land Code of Ukraine.
