Granting financial assistance to citizens affected by the Chernobyl disaster in the conditions of functioning of the accumulation system of pensions in Ukraine

Abstract
The article presents the benefits of the accrual system of compulsory state pension in- surance, which differs from the current solidarity in Ukraine by the fact that every citizen will pay pension contributions. To your individual retirement account, and not to the general fund of the joint-stock system in favor of all payers. Skive. The author emphasizes that competent introduction of the accumulation pension system can be a catalyst for such pos- itive changes and provision of financial assistance to citizens who suffered as a result of the Chernobyl disaster, analyzing domestic experience of the functioning of the first and third level of pension insurance.
