Abstract
The relationship between the mind and the body is very deep, although the mind is superior but is always affected by the energy of the body. Islam trains a person on such a basis that he can stay strong and energetic as well as face the difficulties of war by being armed, overcoming difficult obstacles on the battlefield. The main purpose of physical training is to develop physical strengths as well as to develop mental abilities. Physical training helps to control emotions, empathy, honesty, tolerance, discipline, character building, and building a balanced personality. Participating in physical training activities not only removes the hesitation of the individual but also removes the fear and anxiety as well as develops leadership skills. Islam has used long journeys as a means of physical training for soldiers walked for miles. Worship is an effective means of physical training. When a Muslim performs Prayers, fasting and Hajj, then he receives physical training. In this article the objectives of physical training, the source of physical training, the ingredients of food and physical strength are discussed
