Guarantees of advocacy: concept, genesis, meaning

Abstract
The article is devoted to the complex examination of guarantees of advocacy. The analysis of legal acts, which they are established, is carried out. The essence, genesis, importance of guarantees of advocacy is considered. The conclusion is grounded on the need to find effective ways and mechanisms that would change the existing negative trends in the violation of the rights of lawyers and guarantees of advocacy for the better.
