GUARANTEES OF REALIZATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO WORK BY PARTICIPANTS IN MILITARY OPERATIONS (ATO)

Abstract
Certain questions on implementation of the constitutional right on labor by combatants of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) have been analyzed in this article. Due to the fact that these categories of citizens belong to individuals who need additional protection, guaranties of implementation of the constitutional right on labor are being studied here. The need of improvement of some legal norms which will promote sufficient implementation of the right for labor by combatants who take part in anti-terrorist operation (ATO) has been proved.
