HARDINESS AS A RESOURCE FOR SELF-REGULATION OF CADETS WITH DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES IN MILITARY ACTIVITIES

Abstract
The theoretical aspects of the problem of hardiness as a resource of psychic regulation are considered in the article. The results of an empirical study of the interrelationships of the components of hardiness and components of the individual profile of cadets’ self-regulation are presented. On the basis of the correlation analysis it is proved that the groups of cadets with the presence and absence of experience of military activity demonstrate various structures of interrelations between the indicators of hardiness and the parameters of the functioning of individual-style self-regulation.
