HEALTHY SAVING EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE FORMATION OF A HEALTHY PERSON

Abstract
This article substantiates the necessity of searching for pedagogical conditions and ways to solve the problem of education of a healthy lifestyle of modern schoolchildren. In particular, it is emphasized that the important and perspective is the task of preserving and strengthening the health of students, both through the organization of a person-centered pedagogical process, taking into account the basic valeological principles, and the development of a responsible attitude towards one's own health as the highest individual and social value. It is established that health-saving technologies in a general educational institution include methods aimed at improving health, preventing diseases and methods of correcting the functional state of schoolchildren. The article presents a brief theoretical analysis of the study of issues related to the introduction of health saving technologies in general educational institutions. The notion of «health saving technolog» is disclosed. Listed are those technologies that can be successfully used in school.
