HELMİNTOZLARIN İMMUNOLOJİ ASPEKTLƏRİ

Abstract
Helmintozlarda immun sistemin əsas reaksiyası allergik proseslər və immun supressiv vəziyyətlə təzahür edir. Helmintozlarda immun sistemin müdafiə amilləri zəif olur və parazitlərin orqanizmdən eliminasiya edilməsinə gücü çatmır. Helmintozlarda immun reaksiya fakultativ və toxuma helmintlərində, xüsusən də miqrasiya mərhələsində özünü daha çox biruzə verir. Helmintozlarda antigen rolunu helmintin somatik antigenləri, parazitin həyat fəaliyyəti nəticəsində əmələ gələn bəzi maddələr, miqrasiya zamanı surfələrin qlafının dəyişməsindən törənən antigenlər oynayır.
