Hemosuccus pancreaticus, also named as Wirsungorrhagia or psuedohematobilia is a rare condition of intermittent hemorrhage from upper gastrointestinal tract. The source of bleeding is from a visceral aneurysm into main pancreatic duct in patients with chronic pancreatitis.
