Tin-induced crystallization of amorphous silicon assisted by a pulsed laser irradiation
The process of tin-induced crystallization of amorphous silicon under the influence of different types of laser irradiation was investigated using the method of Raman scattering by thin-film Si-Sn-Si structures. The depe...
Аutomated method for determining the etch pits density on crystallographic planes of large semiconductor crystals
A method for express automatic evaluation of the dislocation density on the crystal surfaces has been developed. The work involves creation of a software that allows automatical determining the number of etch pits with a...
Trap-assisted conductivity in anodic oxide on InSb
The direct current conductivity of anodic oxide of InSb has been investigated as a function of applied bias and temperature. Proposed in this work is a model of conductivity that includes ohmic, trap-assisted tunneling a...
2D semiconductor structures as a basis for new high-tech devices (Review)
In this article, we present a short overview of the Ukrainian contribution into physics of 2D semiconductor structures as a basis for high-tech devices of modern nanoelectronics together with some new results in this fie...
Vitamin B12-functionalized patterned Si surface for solar energy conversion
Interaction between organic and inorganic materials is very actual both for understanding their nature and for some applications. One of directions in this area is functionalization and sensibilization of semiconductor s...
