High-frequency electromagnetic radiation of germanium crystals in magnetic fields
Journal Title: Semiconductor Physics, Quantum Electronics and Optoelectronics - Year 2017, Vol 20, Issue 2

Electron and hole effective masses in heavily boron doped silicon nanostructures determined using cyclotron resonance experiments
We present the experimental and theoretical results of analysis of the optically- induced cyclotron resonance measurements carried out using the charge carriers in silicon (Si) nanostructures at 9 GHz and 4 K. Effective...
The role of magnetic component of a strong light field in electrostrictive effect
Electrostriction forces during laser ablation have been studied both theoretically and experimentally. The components of electroctrostriction force for inhomogeneous electromagnetic field near a substrate were proposed t...
Speckle pattern formation in spatially limited optical systems
The dependences of statistical parameters inherent to speckle patterns on the object roughness and aperture size have been investigated. The experimental results that confirm theoretical dependence quality within the lim...
In–HgCdTe–In structures with symmetric nonlinear I–V characteristics for sub-THz direct detection
This paper reports on the development and investigations of In–Hg1–xCdxTe–In structures with symmetric nonlinear I–V curves that are sensitive to sub-terahertz radiation. It is shown that at low currents photoresponse of...
Influence of Li-TCNQ impurities on dielectric properties of planar-oriented nematic liquid crystal
The dielectric properties of planar-oriented nematic liquid crystal E25M with Li-TCNQ impurities have been investigated within the frequency range 10 –1 ...10 6 Hz and temperatures 298...343 K. The concentration of impur...
