Abstract
It’s provided the analysis results for the dielectric Resonators electromagnetic parameters with low permittivity dielectric in the optical and infrared wave-length ranges. The frequencies and Q-factors of the spherical two-layer dielectric resonators is tested. It’s studied resonances of very big number coupling spherical resonators. An existence of high-Q resonances is demonstrated

Comparative characteristics of the bases of wavelets to represent the speech signals
Wavelets allow us to delineate both a low frequency signal characteristics, and high-frequency components. This property is a significant advantage in problems of speech signal processing in comparison with the windowed...
The estimation of a person authentication reliability with the dynamically introduced signature in the presence of an additive noise.
A research of efficiency of person authentication method, built on modify algorithm of Karunen-Loev was carried out. The correlation of deviation of signature realization from the mathematical expectation had shown
