HISTORICAL ANALYSIS OF THE PREREQUISITES FOR A HYBRID WAR IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The principal attention of this article is given to preconditions of occurrence of the conflict in Ukraine within the framework of becoming and formation of the Ukrainian state at all its historical stages which were accompanied by a various influence from the part of the next states both on its internal and on external relations as well. Geographical location of the Ukrainian borders was always between territories of powerful empires on a world scene and that’s why the construction of the independent state was definitely complicated. Non-recognition from the party of abovementioned impires and their aspiration to break off the Ukrainian borders with their further involving into imperial territories have played the big role in formation of outlook of the Ukrainian nation as a whole. Russian empire in this question has played an influential role. Aspirations of the Ukrainians to create their own state and to be separated from the Kremlin during all the history of coexistence resulted only to their constant suppression and oppression. In the process of analysis of historical features of construction of modern Ukrainian borders, divergences in political views depending on region find their explanation. The basic stage of formation of Ukraine in its modern view concerns to the period of existence of the USSR. Therefore as a result of crisis and disintegration of the Soviet empire Ukraine has received an opportunity to become an independent state. Within period of one year in Ukraine took place two completely opposite referendum for definition of opinion of the majority of the population. The results of these referendums specify ambiguity of citizens in a choice of the further vector of development of the state. It was the disagreement of the oppinion among the population view that has not put a final point in that question but at the contrary has given the base to realization plans of geostrategy of the revenge from the part of the Russian Federation.Studying of historical preconditions of the hybrid conflict in Ukraine will give a further opportunity to correct and to determine a way of construction of the country. And also to develop an influential counteraction to information front of the aggressor in the future.
