Historical-scientific aspects regarding the significance of the principle of contradiction in the criminal trial of the Republic of Moldova

Abstract
Preserving the values and the supremacy of justice at the present stage is a key stage in the process of consolidation the rule of law. The criminal prosecution body and the court have the obligation to respect the criminal procudings in strict compliance with the legislation in force. Law principles – are mecut to base the conduct of the full and objective criminal process in all its aspects. An important role in egality and non-descrimination process of persons before the law enforcement bodies is the principle of contredictory-which in itself represents a fundamental pillar in the activity and functioning of national justice.
