Abstract
In the article was researched the out- and innerlanguage factors of economic terminology formation, was observed the peculiarities of its formation on the beginning stage of development. It was determined the thematic groups of words for determination economic terms, such as tribute, tax, fundraiser, money-credit, payment transaction, etc.
