Home Care for the Elderly, Disabled with a Loss of Autonomy: Care and the Benefit of Care, Follow-Up by Rural Home Care Facilities in Cameroon

Abstract
The underdeveloped countries in this case Cameroon is conducive to a specific construction of aging, losses suffering from severe chronic diseases debilitating and disabling, people in loss of autonomy. The lack of the technical plateau and the lack of knowledge of the role of life support worker, life assistant have an impact on the public health problem that is home help and the support of people in loss of autonomy. After spending several years on the accompaniment as "sick care" or life assistant of my loved ones who are losing their autonomy as well as patients in hospital settings and organized their return home as well as exchanges of advice with the entourage of these, I wanted to understand what were the specifics of the accompaniment of aging, people with disabilities, disabilities and loss of autonomy in our environment.
