Hopf Bifurcation Analysis for the Pest-Predator Models Under Insecticide Use with Time Delay
Journal Title: INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF MATHEMATICS TRENDS AND TECHNOLOGY - Year 2014, Vol 9, Issue 2
Abstract
We consider a delayed Pest-predator model under insecticide use. First, the paper considers the stability and local Hopf bifurcation for a modified Pest-predator model with time delay. In succession, using the normal form theory and center manifold argument, we obtain some explicit results which determine the stability, direction and other properties of bifurcation periodic solutions.

A Discrete Host Commensal Species with Limited Resources and Mortality Rate for the Commensal
This paper deals with an investigation on a Discrete Host-Commensal species with limited resources and mortality rate for the commensal. The model comprises of a commensal (S1), host (S2) that would benefit S1, w...
Generalized Hyers-Ulam Stability of a Sextic Functional Equation in Paranormed Spaces
In this paper, we obtain the general solution and prove the generalized Hyers-Ulam stability of a new sextic functional equation in paranormed spaces. We also present a counter-example for singular case.
Single Objective Evolutionary Algorithm for Flexible Job-shop Scheduling Problem
- A meta-heuristic approach for solving the flexible job-shop scheduling problem (FJSP) is presented in this study. This problem consists of two sub-problems, the routing problem and the sequencing problem and is...
Properties of Fuzzy Soft Matrices
The concept of soft set is one of the recent topics developed for dealing with the uncertainties present in most of our real life situations. The parameterization tools of soft set theory enhance the flexibility of its a...
