Hudood and Penal Actions in the light of Social Principles under Quran and Sunnah

Abstract
Sahria has to specified punishment for social crime which is termed as "Hudud" in fiqah. where as the punishments which are specified on the discretion of judges "Qaziz" are termed as "Tazeera" According to the Pakistan penal code of crime is the violation of ethical principles against religious principles which are unforgivable acts. In modren times, crimes have extended so far that it has become in a pandemic. All societies of this world whether developed or developing cultures are under the threat of such crime and its roots are found deep inside communities of every cust and class.Islamic Republic Of Pakistan is not an exemption it has been pluged with these crimes ever since before its birth and found to be on of the countries where the graph of crimes reat is quite high .The formation of peace and prosperity and to prevent our society from crimes.
