HUMAN AS A SUBJECT OF INTERNATIONAL LAW

Abstract
The scientific article analyzes the formation of a person as a subject of international law. The connection of person’s recognition of the individual as a subject of international law with the manifestations of globalization in international law is underlined. The attention is focused on the problematic issues arising from the recognition of a person as a subject of international law.
