Humanized care of the nursing professional to patients under surgical intervention in a Government Entity 2019

Abstract
In humanized care, values such as solidarity, respect, empathy and others to practice that is why it must be promoted in the nursing area so that it is cultivated, learned and practiced by pro-fessionals. Objective: To determine the care provided by the nursing professional in patients undergoing surgery in a go-vernment entity. Methodology: The re-search is descriptive, transversal in sco-pe. The design was non-experimental, the technique used was the survey ca-rried out on 362 patients in the operating room area of the hospital under study, and the instrument a questionnaire of 31 questions was the variable of humanized care evaluated. Results: the most fre-quent age of the patients is between 31 to 40 years, followed closely by people who are between 41 and 50 years old. Most of the patients work under dependency, a total of 320 people and only 26 individuals work independently. It is evident that the nursing staff in recurrence, at times, pro-vides explanations about the processes that are going carried out on the patient or informed the patient about the care they must maintain from home. These as-pects are essential for the patient to be able to recover. These are responsibilities and tasks of the nursing staff that should fully fulfilled, but for some reason they only do it occasionally, so it is necessary to seek strategies that allow the staff to be influenced to change these aspects.
