HybridLab® METHOD FOR SUCCESSFUL LEARNING

Abstract

HybridLab® is the direct independent learning, consisting of a mastery learning model, with e-learning and peer teaching with a remote instructor. This learning method helps to develop standardized practical skills, improves long-term memory and supports learning from success rather than failures. HybridLab® method is successfully used in the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LUHS) in Department of Disasters Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Neonatology, Surgery for 5 years.
