IASTM w zastosowaniach praktycznych – Taśma Powierzchowna Tylna

Abstract
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is becoming increasingly popular. This also means the need for new publications and research on its application. The article aims to show the multidirectionality of this concept and the impossibility to evaluate it clearly. A therapist or researcher has a choice of different methods of work, instruments and methods of performing the procedure itself. This diversity makes it impossible to evaluate IASTM as a whole. To demonstrate the above, we have decided to use the IASTM Ergon Technique, which has already been addressed in publications. It is based on the theory of myofascial meridians, developed by Ida Rolf and Tom Myers. The paper addresses Superficial Back Line. It seems that implementing ready-to-use systems of working with fascia is the most appropriate in the process of developing the effective use of IASTM.
