[i][b]Ownership and Use of Land in Ukraine[/b][/i]

Abstract
The author presents the legal situation in the area of property relations in the Ukraine. He successively presents: the property law for land property; the purchase of land by citizens of the Ukraine and Ukrainian legal persons; the purchase of land by foreigners, foreign legal persons, other countries; leasehold interest and perpetual usufruct. The author concludes with short remarks about the privatisation of agricultural land and the rotation of land property.
