Abstract

The topics of peace, security and democracy have been present since a long time in various philoso-phical visions and political projects. Nowadays, new phenomena that are all brought under the term globalization inspire is to continue our philosophical, as well as theoretical and legal search, in which more attempts at positivistic consideration occur. Currently, in the conditions of globalization, new visions appear of some kind of transnational powers, global corporations, or networks, etc. It is pointed out, for example, that it has come to a separation of politics of local (national) character from the power that goes beyond that sphere. The current institutions have lost power, which is frequently placed in some kind of cyberspace. Whereas positive globalization institutions have not reached the adequate level of power, solving global problems using the logic of global thinking is also discussed.
