Abstract
Today One of the most important and most valuable assets of any organization knowledge. Rapid changes and growing knowledge and information, every organization has to survive on its own efforts in knowledge management is. Therefore organizations to identify risk factors and knowledge management to create a raised bed. The timely utilization of resources, their knowledge and their environment. Knowledge management focuses on improving the capabilities of the organization. Success requires the creation of a new working environment in which knowledge and experience are simply sharing, process and information technologies should be applied for this purpose.
