Identifying effective f actors on the lack of reception businessmen of Fars province to fulfill the formalities of exporting goods from the customs of Shiraz based on facilities considered

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the affective factors the lack of reception businessmen of Fars province to fulfill the formalities of exporting goods from the customs of Shiraz with regard to the facilities considered. The present study is a descriptive type and is applicable in terms of its purpose. It is also considered a field for collecting data. The data gathering tool in this research is a questionnaire that includes 35 questions for measuring the total variables of the research. The 5-point Likert range is also used to measure variables. The validity of the questionnaire was verified by the opinion of the professors and experts and its reliability was studied and verified using Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population of this study is all clients on Shiraz customs. By using the Cochran formula, 355 people were studied as the final sample. In order to the hypothesis test, structural equation modeling was used. The results showed that there is a significant impact between the lack of reception businessmen of Fars province to fulfill the customs formalities of exporting goods through the customs of Shiraz and the lack of awareness of businessmen about the facilities and comforts available. There is a significant impact between the lack of reception businessmen of Fars province to fulfill the customs formalities of exporting goods through Shiraz customs and the geographical structure of the province and the lack of access to the exit borders of land and sea. There is significant impact between the lack of reception businessmen of Fars Province to fulfill the customs formalities for exporting goods through the customs of Shiraz and the lack of proper hardware facilities in the province (airline workers, international shipping companies, facilities for storing, discharging and loading goods, etc.). There is a significant impact between the lack of reception businessmen of Fars province to fulfill the customs formalities for exporting goods through the Shiraz customs and the strict handling and non-flexibility of enforcing rules by the customs staff of Shiraz and other export-related organizations. There is a significant impact between the lack of reception businessmen of Fars province to fulfill the customs formalities of exporting goods through the customs of Shiraz and the dual customs treatment of the exit border with cargo shipments of domestic customs as compared to the goods presented at the border customs.
