Abstract
Meningiomlar santral sinir sistemi tümörlerinin önemli bir bölümünü oluşturmalarına karşın, bu tümörlerin üçüncü ventrikül içinde yerleşim göstermeleri oldukça nadirdir. Biz bu yazıda anterior transkallozal yaklaşımla opere edilen üçüncü ventrikül yerleşimli meningiom olgusu sunuyoruz.
