Immunomodulatory Therapy of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Associated with Metabolic Syndromе

Abstract
In 16 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with metabolic syndrome and chronic fatigue syndrome, we have studied the effect of combined use of noophen and broncho-munal based on the evaluation of clinical and immunological features of this comorbidity. The use of noophen and broncho-munal in addition to conventional treatment showed positive dynamics of the disease, their administration is appropriate for correcting the autonomic, metabolic and immune disorders in the studied patients.
