Impact of globalization processes on legal progress: anthropological and axiological preconditions.

Abstract
The understanding of globalization and the ways of its influence on legal progress are clarified. We study the relationship between the processes of globalization and the convergence of national legal systems, legal cultures of society, the creation of common legal standards in the form of human rights and freedoms. The role of international principles of law as regulators of public relations is determined. It has been established that globalization affects not only the external aspects of law, the nature of relations existing between different legal systems, but also the internal content of law, the forms of its organization and manifestation.
