IMPACT OF GLOBALIZATION PROCESSES ON THE STATE OF THE LABOUR MARKET OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the essence of the concept of globalization is considered, the analysis of domestic and foreign scientists, who studied modern trends in the labor market, traced certain relationships between the processes of globalization and the changes that took place in the international division of labor. The modern problems of globalization of economy and their connection with the labor market are highlighted. The positive and negative consequences of globalization on the labor market in Ukraine are analyzed. Mobility is defined as one of the main factors of human capital in the conditions of globalization. The analysis of migration of labor resources of Ukraine is carried out, as well as factors influencing labor migration of the population are determined. The measures of the state policy concerning the regulation of social-labor relations and employment of the population and directions of overcoming the crisis situation on the labor market of Ukraine are proposed.
