Impact Of Managerial Competencies Of The Principal Against The Effectiveness Of Schools In Rajabasa Sub-District, Bandar Lampung,Indonesia

Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of principal managerial competence on school effectiveness of elementary school in Rajabasa Bandar Lampung sub-district this research using ex-facto approach. The sample of this research is teacher of elementary school in Rajabasa Bandar Lampung sub-district with 139 teacher. The data collection tool uses questionnaires and data analysis using regression. The results showed that the principal managerial competence has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of schooling in of elementary school in of elementary school in Rajabasa Bandar Lampung sub-district. this is significant if the managerial competence of the principal increases. The effectiveness of the school of elementary school in Rajabasa Bandar Lampung sub-district will also increase.
