IMPACT OF REFORMING THE INSTITUTION OF ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS ON THE CRIMINAL LEGISLATION

Abstract
The article analyzes the changes in the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which are linked with the reform of Ukrainian Institute of execution. The author considers the criminalization of acts concerning private bailiff, close relative, state or private bailiff; and also the decriminalization of avoidance of paying fine. On the basis of conducted research the author proposes the ways to eliminate the defects of legislative technique.
