IMPLEMENTATION OF EUROPEAN PRINCIPLES IN TERMS OF SHAPING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF AGRICULTURAL FIRMS

Abstract
The article investigates the competitiveness parameters of agricultural firms. The paper specifies the characteristics of agricultural enterprises' competitiveness system in the EU member states. The authors formulated primary principles of the EU Common Agricultural Policy implementation in the context of the agricultural firms' competitiveness system. In addition, the article focuses on the methodological basis for coordinating both the peculiarities of agribusiness management and eurointegration priorities of agro-industrial complex. The author regards main management functions liable for maintain a certain competitiveness level throughout eurointegration. The paper defines indirect tools for increasing employees' responsibilities during performing their duties, in order to engage spare reserves.
