IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATIONS IN THE HOTEL BUSINESS ON THE BASIS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The hotel business is the area where quality of service plays a major role, there are many such institutions, and if a customer does not like something, he will easily find a hotel or similar establishment where he will be provided with the appropriate level of service - the speed of service, attention, professionally trained staff . Therefore, owners of such business need a powerful auxiliary tools to provide competitive advantages For the success of hotel services in the field of tourism, the main emphasis should be on reliable high-quality tourist services, so all innovations should be directed towards their attraction and as long as possible at the point of destination. Therefore, it is necessary not only to have a hotel for profit, but also to manage it taking into account various aspects of the tourist market. Today, the service sector and the hotel industry in particular, demand the search for new alternatives for reception, hospitality and adaptation to meet the needs of the guest due to high demand in the current market, which allows you to maintain hotel activity and quality and, as a result, to achieve the desired profit.This requires new ways to start and develop a hotel business. And start with the choice of a project, a set of temporary group events designed to create a unique product, service or result. At present, there is a need for systematic systematic research on the innovative development of hotel enterprises due to rapid diversified changes in the market situation, analysis of the adaptation movement, infrastructure units, facilities for survival and prosperity in the hotel business The article reveals the importance of project management in the hotel business and its impact on the introduction and promotion of innovations. Identified components that affect the design of the hotel company and achieve operational efficiency on the basis of good project management.
