IMPROVE THE QUALIFICATION OF VIOLATION OF SAFETY RULES DURING WORK PERFORMANCE WITH HIGH RISK

Abstract
The questions of influence of separate objective and subjective signs on the qualification of violation of safety rules during work performance with high risk. In particular, the issues of influence on the qualification of this crime of such signs as the causal relationship between the violation of safety rules in the workplace and its consequences, the place of commission of the crime, the signs of the subject and the subjective side are considered. On this basis, recommendations for improving the qualification of the crime provided for in art. 272 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
