IMPROVEMENT OF ECONOMIC SAFETY MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE IN GLOBALIZATION CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article analyzes the essence of the concept "economic security of the enterprise" (EBP). The concept of management of economic security of enterprises in the conditions of globalization transformations on the example of motor transport enterprises (ATP) is generalized. It was revealed that under the current dynamic conditions of hard competition, the introduction of new management systems that cover all areas of the company's operation and help solve the problems of ensuring a high level of economic security is an indispensable foundation for effective management of enterprises and economic security, in particular. It has been determined that the management of the company's economic security implies the symbiosis of two such aspects as strategic and operational. The subject of management of economic security of the enterprise, as the control apparatus of this entity, has been identified. The model of the system of management of the economic safety of the ATP is proposed, which illustrates the interaction between subsystems on the basis of direct and inverse relations, implemented in the horizontal and vertical directions within the framework of the imposed constraints.
