IMPROVEMENT OF FOOD INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES’ COST MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article analyzes the current state of cost management of the food industry in Ukraine. Basic economic indicators of the food industry are estimated. The tendencies and prospects of development of domestic food production system in the European integration coordinates are outlined. The theoretical and methodological principles and the practical recommendations on the formation of a system of mechanisms and instruments of cost management companies that will finish their development prospects in European integration are justified. A systematic approach to the analysis of economic phenomena and processes, basic assumptions of modern economic theory and business economic are established. The main task of which would be given the fullest opportunity to manage cost the food industry at all stages of the production cycle and meet the criteria for unity of approaches at various levels of management activities is considered.
