IMPROVEMENT OF MEASURES OF PREVENTION OF HULIGAN ACTIONS DONE BY CHILDREN

Abstract
The article deals with problematic issues of prevention and improvement of measures to prevent hooliganism committed by children. The type of crime as hooliganism is analyzed in the article, namely hooligan acts committed by children. Attention is drawn to the fact that studies of this type of socially dangerous acts will contribute to a deeper understanding of the analyzed phenomenon, systematization of relevant knowledge and improvement of measures to prevent this type of crime. Deficiencies in the ways to prevent hooligan acts committed by children are revealed. Proposals have been developed to improve measures to prevent hooligan acts committed by children.
