Improvement of performance of finishing of details with a cutting tool

Abstract
The possibilities of increasing the productivity of finishing blade processing due to the control of cutting modes are analyzed. Prospective approaches to increasing the feed and cutting speed on examples of an oblique cutter, tools equipped with polycrystalline superhard composites based on cubic boron nitride, tools with protective coatings are considered. The use of tools developed taking into account the features of the phenomena occurring in the cutting zone, the use of cutting tools with special protective coatings provides the possibility of performing finishing blades with high productivity.
