Improving of the informational systems of retail real estate rent accounting and management.

Abstract
The article deals with a researching of the retail real estate market in the world and in Ukraine. The authors analyzed the information system for rent accounting and management for one of the biggest trade complexes in Poltava. It was argued the need to improve the current accounting system to support the company’s decision making. An automated accounting system for retail real estate renting was developed for the analyzed company, although other companies can also use this system to improve their decision making process.
