INCLUSIVE EDUCATION AS A PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of inclusive education as a psychological and pedagogical problem. A modern elementary school needs a teacher who is confidently guided by a rapidly changing information flow, regularly updating his knowledge and professional skills, in particular in terms of creating a quality inclusive educational environment. Joint study of students with different psychophysical development is of exceptional importance for a junior schoolboy, since in this age the foundation for world outlook, the basis of conscious moral behavior, the social orientation of the individual begins to emerge. Taking into account the above, the formation of teacherʼs readiness for inclusive education of pupils of the landing school becomes extremely important. The article deals with the issue of formation of the readiness of the elementary school teacher to work in the conditions of inclusion in the system of post-graduate pedagogical education, analyzed normative-legal documents, scientific and methodical literature, which determines the procedure for organizing inclusive education in general educational institutions, the prospects for further research of the aforementioned problem, and the theoretical analysis of the concept of inclusion, inclusive education, and the inclusive environment was also carried out. n the basis of the analysis of scientific and methodological sources, an own definition of "inclusive education" is proposed.
