INCREASE OF EFFECTIVENESS OF OPERATIONAL AND FINANCIAL ACTIVITIES OF A CARRIAGE-BUILDING ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Purpose. To identify reserves for improvement of the financial state of the company, the financial sustainability for the expansion of production: new hopper-dosing machines for the grain and the grain crops in the conditions of globalization of the agrarian market. Methodology. The study of the effectiveness of production and financial activities is carried out using a correlation-regression analysis of the level of profitability and business activity. The regression equation for quantitative characteristics of development at the stage of recession of the economic potential of the carriage building plant is calculated, taking into account: the return on investment, the market share, the growth rate of costs for innovation activity and the suitability of fixed assets. It is proposed to use profitability of the enterprise as a generalizing indicator of the estimation of the economic potential effectiveness. Results. The possibilities of introducing optimal number of hopper modifiers for grain and grain crops and passenger compartment carriages for rational productivity and minimization of total expenses are considered. The reduction of excessive remnants of casting stock for carriages is proposed by establishing permanent contractual relations with suppliers for fulfilling their obligations and adjusting the rhythm of the production of components. Originality. A systemic approach is suggested in the study of profitability of an enterprise for the estimation of the relationship between the given indicators for the use of correlation-regression analysis. The profitability of the carriage-building enterprise serves as a general indicator of the effectiveness of using the economic potential. The increase in the volume of production and sales of goods is most influenced by the growth rate of costs for innovation activities and increasing the share of the company in the market of carriages. Practical val-ue. The development and growth of market share in the implementation of the strategy of enterprise development will stabilize profit growth over a long period of the time, create value added, carry out modernization and new construction, acquire modern fixed assets, and replenish intangible assets. Increasing sales will help create value through the produc-tion of new or improved products to meet orders. The growth of profitability is the most obvious way of increasing value added by increasing production and sales for cost reductions. References 10, figures 2.
